Ingredients
Chicken breasts: 1/2 kg
Egg (beaten) 1
Refined flour (sieved) 1cup
White sesame seeds 56 grams
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Method
- Cut chicken beasts into small pieces.
- Marinate chicken with salt and soya sauce and set aside for a little while.
- Mix salt, red chilies, black pepper and sesame in flour.
- Heat oil an a frying pan.
- Coat chicken pieces first with egg and then flour.
- Fry both sides till golden and remove on absorbent paper; serve hot.
