Fried Sesame Chicken


Ingredients 

Chicken breasts:                                    1/2 kg
Egg (beaten)                                           1
Refined flour (sieved)                            1cup
White sesame seeds                              56 grams
Red chili powder                                    1 tsp
Soya sauce                                             1 tbsp
Black pepper                                         1/2 tsp
Oil                                                          for frying


Method


  • Cut chicken beasts into small pieces.
  • Marinate chicken with salt and soya sauce and set aside for a little while.
  • Mix salt, red chilies, black pepper and sesame in flour.
  • Heat oil an a frying pan.
  • Coat chicken pieces first with egg and then flour.
  • Fry both sides till golden and remove on absorbent paper; serve hot.
