Mushroom Chicken


Ingredients 

Chicken                                                250 grams
Mushrooms (halved)                             12
Chicken stock                                       1 cup
Chili sauce                                            1 tsp
Soya sauce                                            1 tsp
Cornflour                                               1 tsp
Sugar                                                     1 tsp
Ginger / garlic paste                             4 tsp
Pakistani chinese salt                           1 1/2 tsp
Salt                                                        1/4 tsp
Oil
Method

  • Marinate chicken pieces with 1/2 tsp Pakistani chinese salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, salt, cornflour and 1 tsp oil, and aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok;fry chicken pieces and remove.
  • Fry ginger / garlic in the same oil; add chicken pieces, chili sauce, soya sauce, stock, salt, and remaining sugar and Pakistani chinese salt; cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms; cook for few minutes and remove.
